It’s time to spice up your planner. I don’t know about you but sometimes my days feel like they blur.
But if you think about it, EVERY DAY is 24 hours of opportunities, opportunities to invest in well-deserved sleep, R&R, and passion projects. But sometimes, it seems that we can be busy all day but not even remember what we did by the end of the day.
Listen. Every day is worth celebrating and every day is full of moments worth noting. So let’s note these in our planners and let our planners remind us of the few moments that made our days good.
Let’s spice up your planner! Each day, you can try one of these.
- Write 3 things you are grateful for that day.
- Write about one new thing you did/tried/found.
- Say something good that happened.
- Give yourself a compliment about what you did that day and write it down.
- If you tried something new, give it a rating and a critique!
- Jot down notes about the new show you tried watching. Yay or nay?
- Tell yourself (in writing) that you are proud of yourself and your day.
- Write what you ate!
- Pick one memory about today and write about it.
- Take note of any observation you made today.
In your day, no matter how bleak, there was something worth celebrating. Regardless of the busy day-in-and-day-out mentality that makes time zoom by, your life is full of spice! It’s time to write about the things that spice up your days–so you can remember them.
A year is filled with 365 days of memories. What will you remember about your day today?
If you’re looking for a planner or trying to decide between a weekly or daily planner, I’ve tried both! Check out my post comparing both types here. I’ve tried The Happy Planner and loved it and another from Michael’s, which has been my go-to place for about a decade. What I tried this year and am absolutely loving is the Simplified Planner. I’m currently using the daily version and am loving, loving, loving it.
